Partnership and Selection Process of Beauty Care Casting

Beauty Care Casting, acting as a contractual intermediary for training event organizers, manages the recruitment of models. By submitting your application, you agree to comply with our selection criteria and the contractual obligations defined by Beauty Care Casting at each stage of the process.

 

General Conditions for Registration and Participation

Registration on the Beauty Care Casting platform implies your consent to be included in our candidate database, which may be shared with healthcare professionals. Our role is limited to facilitating the connection between candidates and healthcare professionals for free aesthetic / anti-aging procedures. By registering, you agree to be represented exclusively by Beauty Care Casting and confirm that you are not represented by another agency.

 

Medical Responsibilities and Limitation of Liability of Beauty Care Casting

  1. Clarification of Beauty Care Casting’s Role: Beauty Care Casting acts solely as an intermediary connecting models with healthcare professionals for medical training workshops. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatments.
  2. Absence of Medical Liability: Beauty Care Casting cannot be held responsible for medical acts performed during workshops. Responsibility for treatments, including any complications, lies entirely with the healthcare professionals performing the procedures.
  3. Information and Consent: Models are responsible for fully informing themselves about the proposed procedures and providing informed consent before participating in any workshop. Models must discuss potential risks and benefits with the healthcare professionals involved.
  4. Exclusion in Case of Medical Contraindications: Models must disclose any pre-existing medical condition, allergy, or known contraindication that may render them unfit to participate in certain workshops, including pregnancy, which is considered a major contraindication.
  5. Non-Liability for Incorrect Information: Beauty Care Casting declines any responsibility for harm resulting from incorrect or incomplete medical information communicated by models.
  6. Limitation of Liability: Beauty Care Casting cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from participation in a workshop, including but not limited to treatment reactions, medical complications, or unsatisfactory results.
  7. Confirmation of Medical Fitness: Models are encouraged to confirm their medical fitness to participate through a prior medical evaluation.

 

GDPR and Personal Data Management

  1. Consent to Data Use: By registering on beautycarecasting.com, you expressly consent to the collection and use of your personal data, including your name, address, contact details, photographs, videos, and other relevant information.
  2. Security and Confidentiality: We take appropriate measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
  3. Data Sharing with Third Parties: Your data will be shared exclusively with partner healthcare professionals and will not be used for any unauthorized purpose.
  4. Right of Access, Rectification, and Deletion: In accordance with French Law No. 78-47 of January 6, 1978, relating to Data Processing, Files and Freedoms, you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate or incomplete information, and request deletion or limitation of processing.
  5. Data Retention Period: Your data is retained for a period of 3 years, after which renewed consent is required for extended retention.

  7. GDPR Compliance Commitment: Our data processing complies with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 

Image Rights and Use of Images in Workshops

  1. Consent for Image Use: Models participating in workshops organized by Beauty Care Casting may be photographed or filmed. Written consent will be required for any use of such images.
  2. Purpose of Image Use: Images may be used for medical documentation, training, promotion of workshops or procedures, and for internal or external communication by healthcare professionals or Beauty Care Casting.
  3. Confidentiality and Privacy Protection: Images will be handled with respect for confidentiality and the model’s privacy. The model’s identity will not be disclosed without explicit consent, except when required for legitimate professional purposes related to the workshops.
  4. Retention and Use of Images: Images will be retained and used according to the needs of Beauty Care Casting and participating healthcare professionals, and will be deleted or anonymized once those needs are met.
  5. Claims Management: Models may contact Beauty Care Casting regarding any concern or claim related to the use of their images.

 

Exclusivity Clause for Beauty Care Casting’s Matching Services

  1. Exclusivity Commitment: By registering on the Beauty Care Casting platform, you agree to be represented exclusively by our agency for connections with healthcare professionals offering training events. You must not solicit or accept offers directly from laboratories, physicians, or their teams without Beauty Care Casting’s involvement.
  2. Non-Solicitation: You agree not to contact laboratories, physicians, or their teams directly to participate in workshops or receive aesthetic medical treatments. All communication must be conducted through Beauty Care Casting.
  3. Post-Participation Exclusivity: Models who have taken part in a workshop organized by Beauty Care Casting agree not to participate in similar workshops offered by other entities, nor to solicit or accept treatment offers directly from laboratories or physicians with whom they were connected by our agency.
  4. Consequences of Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with this exclusivity clause may result in removal from our database and could lead to legal action for breach of contract.
  5. Duration and Scope of the Exclusivity Commitment: This exclusivity commitment applies from the moment you register on the Beauty Care Casting platform and remains effective for the entire duration of your active presence in our database. Submission of your profile to a medical team for a specific workshop does not guarantee participation; final selection remains at the discretion of the physician or medical team. In accordance with French data protection regulations, you consent to Beauty Care Casting retaining your data for 3 years, renewable as needed, for potential future workshop participation. This period may be extended with renewed consent.

 

Commitment and Conditions of Participation

  1. Attendance at Workshops: Participation in a workshop requires commitment to respecting the appointments scheduled and confirmed by Beauty Care Casting. Attendance is essential, as absence may negatively impact the workshop.
  2. Consequences of Cancellation or No-Show: Any cancellation or absence from a workshop or pre-selection appointment may lead to removal from our database and may result in a fine or other contractual consequences.
  3. Pre-Selection Process: Some workshops may require attendance at pre-selection appointments for preliminary assessment. Participation in these appointments does not guarantee that you will receive treatment during the workshop. They serve to evaluate the match between workshop needs and your profile.
  4. Professional Conduct: As a workshop participant, you are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times. Any inappropriate behavior may result in disciplinary measures, including exclusion from future workshops.
  5. Risk Acceptance: By participating in workshops, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with any treatments or procedures performed. It is your responsibility to fully understand these treatments and provide informed consent.

 

Financial Compensation

No financial compensation is provided for your participation, unless otherwise specified for certain events.

 

Anti-Aging Treatments

Proposed treatments may include injections or specific techniques for the face, neck, hands, or body, detailed according to the requirements of each workshop.
